Hello my name is Karen and I’m a fully qualified hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practitioner.

I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years working with people of all ages and backgrounds.  I am also very experienced in supporting children and teenagers who have undergone difficult times in their lives.   I have been a Guide Leader for 16 years and  have cared for fostered children going through challenging situations.

Working with children & teenagers has enabled me to use hypnotherapy techniques that are specifically tailored for them.
