My Qualifications

I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip Hyp) and am qualified in a range of techniques including CBT,  NLP and EFT.  I am a qualified Solutions Focused Councillor and a Strategic Life Coach.

I am affiliated to The National Council of Psychotherapists and the General Hypnotherapy Register. I trained at MindWorks Therapy Training Nottingham and a member of the MindWorks Guild. This means that I have trained under a recognised and approved training provider and have on-going supervision and support from these organisations. I also have my insurance through them.
